It takes just a few scraps of fabric, a button, a piece of elastic or other closure loop, and a small piece of fusible fleece to make a cell phone case that is a beautiful fashion accessory. Use our instructions to make your own padded cell phone case. Adjust our measurements to fit your phone. Tip: Fusible fleece adds a nice padding and is easy to use.

1 piece of outer fabric that measures 7¾" wide by 6½" height.

1 piece of lining fabric that measures 7¾" wide by 6½" height.

1 piece of fusible fleece that measures 7¾" wide by 6½" height.

NOTE: I used quilt quality cotton for both my lining and outer fabric. Choose coordinating prints & colors. It is generally best to use the smaller print inside, and the larger print outside. Be aware of where the print will fall. The photo shows more than one piece of fleece because I was making more than one case.

1 5" strip of narrow elastic (1/8") for closure loop: I used 3 mm suede cord (non-elastic)

1 button: I used a 7/8" (22 mm) button
